Yosemite NP

Yosemite National Park is an incredibly gigonormous park, which makes one think it won’t be crowded. Unfortunately most of the 3+ million yearly visitors stay around Yosemite Village down in the canyon, which turns it into a busy Disneyland. This is a huge contrast with the parks we stayed in earlier! To be honest, this park was the least interesting of all the ones we visited before, but of course we haven’t visited the remote places at all.

Camping still goes great!

Bear box in the background to store all your food. It is is illegal to keep food in the car, because the black bears will break in and ruin your vehicle (and it is bad for their health too)!
